East Midlands Trains, based in Derby and operating over 450 services across the region and to London, needed a clear career-path and training framework to accurately track staff records for compliance, CPD and succession planning. They required unambiguous role-specific training requirements to improve departmental planning and obtain a reliable head count for learning provision.
