Copley Primary School in Halifax, a school of over 220 pupils, needed to update its website while retaining a custom Flash welcome page. The existing site limited edits to specific school computers with web design software, making it difficult to keep content current and maintain engagement with parents and the community.

Webanywhere rebuilt Copley’s site on its School Jotter CMS, preserving the Flash welcome and enabling staff to edit the site from any internet-enabled location. The school now hosts one of the largest School Jotter sites, with archives of newsletters, policies and calendars, links to partner services, and multimedia features (photos, podcasts, interactive tests) plus visitor comments—resulting in fresher content and improved user engagement.
