A Webanywhere Case Study
Cawthorne Primary School needed a modern website and a way to improve how pupils connect schoolwork with home, so school secretary Gill Buckingham selected Webanywhere’s products to meet those needs. The challenge was to find a safe, easy-to-use platform that would engage pupils across age groups and increase parental visibility of pupil work.
Cawthorne deployed School Jotter, Learnanywhere, Student Jotter and later Learner Journey, which quickly became integral to daily school life: pupils use the platforms to complete and showcase work, parents can view progress and rewards, and older children even teach younger ones. Features like avatars and a built-in rewards system drove rapid engagement—teachers report children logging in minutes after getting home—and the school is now upgrading to School Jotter 2 while continuing to expand use of Learnanywhere.
