Webanywhere partnered with University College London Hospitals (UCLH) to replace a convoluted, internally‑only e-learning system. UCLH needed an accessible, easy-to-use platform that could support around 10,000 staff of varying IT skills and nationalities and import roughly 100,000 completion records to deliver high-quality training for clinical and non-clinical teams.

Webanywhere implemented a bespoke, cloud-hosted Totara LMS with audience management, simple content upload, a day of onsite training and ongoing support, enabling staff to access mandatory training anytime—even before joining the Trust. The solution delivered improved engagement, clearer compliance tracking, faster onboarding and induction, and a scalable, cost-effective platform for UCLH’s workforce.
