The customer, Schneider Electric, faced a challenge where its regional offices could not generate necessary logistics reports and KPIs due to siloed data across multiple ERP systems. This lack of a single, consolidated platform prevented different country teams from accessing data and collaborating effectively. Web Synergies was engaged to address this issue.

Web Synergies implemented a Business Intelligence solution called Logistic Intelligence Made Easy (LIME). This solution integrated data from three source ERP systems, including SAP, into a data warehouse using a Star Schema. The platform provided dashboards and KPIs, offering users the ability to filter data and view it graphically. The result was a single, easy-to-use platform where consolidated data became available for generating reports, streamlining the process for various users and business entities across 18 countries.
