K-Mile Air, a Thai express freighter airline, faced significant challenges with its outdated, PDF-based document management system. Web Manuals implemented their system through a carefully planned, two-phase approach over six to seven months, which included comprehensive training and strong communication. The solution eliminated the use of static PDFs and centralized all manuals. The results were highly successful: operational efficiency soared, errors decreased, and valuable man-hours were saved.
