Case Study: Hodges University improves password management and saves IT time with Web Active Directory PeoplePassword

A Web Active Directory Case Study

Preview of the Hodges University Case Study

Hodges University achieved implementing Web Active Directory’s PeoplePassword solution

Hodges University worked with Web Active Directory to address a growing password reset burden for its Help Desk. The university was manually handling password resets by phone and email, while also facing unique requirements that other solutions could not meet and limited IT resources that made additional hiring impractical. The product used was Web Active Directory’s PeoplePassword for password management.

Web Active Directory implemented PeoplePassword to automate self-service password resets and remove the Help Desk from routine reset requests. This created a more secure process, satisfied Hodges University’s customization needs, and reduced the need to hire additional staff. As a result, Hodges University estimated it saved 40 Help Desk hours per week and avoided hiring up to two employees, representing about $100,000 in annual savings.
