Soho House, the private members’ club and hospitality brand, replatformed its applications onto Kubernetes as part of a broader microservices transformation. However, the team needed greater production confidence, better observability, and a more reliable deployment workflow. They turned to Weaveworks and Weave Cloud to help them monitor and manage their new cloud-native environment.

Weaveworks implemented Kubernetes observability, CloudWatch integration, and GitOps-based deployment automation through Weave Cloud, giving Soho House better visibility into infrastructure and release health. As a result, Soho House improved system visibility by more than 75%, reduced operational overhead, and cut developers’ operations time by up to 75%, allowing the team to spend more time on application development and business value.
