Hypermarket chain Cora leverages WeatherAds for home & garden campaigns across Meta & programmatic display

The hypermarket chain Cora, which operates approximately 80 stores across Europe, faced the challenge of effectively marketing its home and garden products by quickly reacting to favorable weather conditions. Their media agency, CoSpirit Group, partnered with the vendor WeatherAds to bridge the gap between weather changes and marketing reaction using its moment marketing platform.

WeatherAds implemented a solution using Single Location Automation to control programmatic and Meta ad delivery, activating campaigns only in geo-locations with sunny forecasts. The campaign, which ran over the summer of 2023, successfully boosted sales and in-store visits. The agency reported that despite the short campaign duration, the delivery was good.
