Planet implemented its IM30 payment terminals to create a frictionless, self-serve experience. This solution allowed customers to complete transactions in under 10 seconds and gave merchants user-friendly reporting tools. For fibo intercon's merchants, the Planet system reduced the need for on-site staff, which optimized operations and reduced costs, successfully enabling their launch in the UK.
