They partnered with the vendor FLUID to develop the ABL9 analyzer, focusing on superior usability to improve hospital workflows and meet rising quality-of-care expectations.

FLUID implemented a solution centered on a completely intuitive user experience for the ABL9, featuring guided processes via physical touch points and on-screen instructions. The design was validated through extensive on-site user research and testing in Chinese hospitals. The result was a highly successful, easy-to-use, and beautiful product that carries Radiometer's high-quality image, achieving the goal of a plug-and-play diagnostic device for its global users.
