FLUID partnered with BD Rowa™ to address a challenge in pharmacy automation. The solution designed by FLUID was an intuitive UI for BD Rowa's automated warehouse robots. This new interface featured one-tap access, guided workflows, and a structured notification system to minimize cognitive load and prevent errors. Through in-context research and cross-border collaboration, FLUID created a system that streamlined key robot functions, simplified troubleshooting, and integrated seamlessly into diverse pharmacy operations across Europe, setting a new standard for user experience.
