heinon tukku, a wholesale and import company, needed to improve the cooperation between its HR and IT departments regarding identity and access management. Their processes were not modeled, documentation was lacking, and their Active Directory data was fragmented. The company partnered with WeAre Solutions to get their operating environment under better control and enhance information flow.

WeAre began by conducting an IAM analysis to identify areas for improvement and potential security risks. Through a series of workshops with Heinon Tukku's teams, WeAre helped model new processes for the employee identity lifecycle and streamline inter-departmental operations. As a result, the upkeep of user data became more goal-oriented and the operating environment was modified to support future automation, providing a clearer and more secure framework for managing user access.
