Turning Point Ministries, a Christian broadcasting program, faced the challenge of moving to a research-driven approach for prospecting to better segment and engage potential major gift donors in their database. To familiarize themselves with their donor base, they turned to WealthEngine and its screening services to identify individuals with a greater propensity and capacity to give.
Using WealthEngine, the organization was able to perform regular Express Screenings to gain better insights on their donors and identify discrepancies. This allowed them to use WealthEngine criteria to populate targeted watch lists. The result was that Turning Point Ministries doubled their mid-level revenue without increasing their number of donors, and their enlarged development team was able to conduct quicker donation follow-ups.
