Colorado State University faced the challenge of identifying major gift prospects from a pool of over 500,000 alumni and other constituents to support the launch of a new seven-year campaign. To achieve this, they turned to the fundraising solutions provided by WealthEngine.
WealthEngine implemented a systematic screening process to help the university identify previously unknown prospects. As a result, Colorado State University manually verified 7,300 records and discovered 15-20 new prospects with over $1 million in gift potential. This effort contributed to the campaign's success, enabling them to raise $524.7 million a full six months ahead of schedule.
