Buzz Bingo faced the challenge of supporting its employees' mental health and wellbeing, particularly during the COVID-19 lockdowns. The company partnered with WE CAN CREATIVE to develop accessible communications for its staff through the existing Zingo colleague app platform.

WE CAN CREATIVE developed an identity for the "Caring Community" initiative and created over 130 infographics and animated pieces covering a wide range of practical wellbeing topics. This content was released on the Zingo platform and compiled into a toolkit. The solution resulted in high staff engagement, fostered a culture of openness and empathy, and cemented trust and loyalty across the company, with the assets remaining relevant and in use four years later.
