UCPA Sports Access, a nonprofit French organization that provides outdoor sports holidays for young people, faced challenges maintaining brand consistency across its 60+ global centers. To solve this, UCPA Sports Access implemented the We Brand platform, specifically its Enterprise solution, Brand Guidelines Enforcer, and Power PDF Editor. This allowed the organization to create and securely distribute locked marketing templates, which local centers could easily customize while adhering to brand rules. The results were significant, freeing the marketing team for more strategic work. Centers became self-sufficient, creating professional materials after a short training, and the automated resizing of designs for various formats saved enormous amounts of valuable time.
