We are DNA developed a hybrid film combining animation with footage of senior leaders to convey the necessary information consistently. This solution ensured all new hires received the same engaging experience on their first day and freed up hours of senior leaders' time, allowing them to focus on other aspects of the onboarding process. The film was very well received by Joules and successfully met its objectives.
