We Are Arch partnered with H2OiQ, a company specialising in helping organisations reduce water usage and utility costs. Their challenge was that detailed site survey reports were generated entirely by hand from complex spreadsheets, a process requiring up to 60 individual reports per week. This manual system, alongside a lack of a dedicated CRM, created significant inefficiencies and missed opportunities for insight.

The solution implemented by We Are Arch was a custom web application that automated H2OiQ’s complex data workflows. The platform integrated with third-party data tools, processed over 500 data points through an intelligent calculation engine, and enabled dynamic, branded PDF report generation. This drastically cut manual labour, improved data integrity, and provided a scalable architecture ready for future expansion into a commercial SaaS product.
