Innovatia, an Application Service Provider that creates and delivers Knowledge Services (eLearning, documentation, and technical support) for telecommunications companies, needed a multi-tenant learning platform that could be easily configured for multiple customers and present a unique look-and-feel for each client’s corporate intranet. They also required a stable, scalable solution from an established vendor to support enterprise-wide blended learning at scale.

Innovatia selected WBT Systems’ TopClass for its partitioning capabilities, allowing multiple customers to be served from a single server with separate, brandable environments. TopClass now powers Innovatia’s blended learning program—delivering over 80 training titles (1,000+ hours) to more than 3,500 learners, enabling the shift from classroom to web without compromising quality, and supporting major engagements such as outsourced training for Nortel’s DMS product.
