The Prince's Trust - Customer Case Study

The Prince’s Trust is a UK charity that helps 11–30-year-olds facing barriers to work, education and stability. In 2018 the organisation launched a five‑year strategy with innovation at its core and needed a way to prioritise innovation, break down silos and engage staff during a period of change so ideas could be captured and turned into impact.

They rolled out Wazoku’s idea-management platform, branded “Ideas Loop,” backed by CEO support, a communications plan, Innovation Champions, Booster Weeks and a clear evaluation process (ideas under £1,000 can be implemented immediately; larger proposals go to an innovation panel). The approach drove rapid adoption—150 ideas submitted, 600+ contributors, multiple pilots and several implemented initiatives—embedding innovation as an everyday capability to help deliver their strategic goals.
