The Metropolitan Police Service engaged Wazoku to run an online public consultation about policing and mental health across Greater London. The Commission needed a secure, anonymous platform that could gather views from both the public and organisations, manage multiple complex question sets, and handle large volumes of responses.

Wazoku’s Idea Spotlight provided a custom, UK-hosted consultation site with flexible question types (rating scales, multiple choice, free text, ranking), built-in analytics and strong data security. Over a five-week consultation it captured 358 responses, streamlined analysis and reporting, and supported a public report that produced 28 recommendations to improve how police handle mental health issues.
