ACBA‑Credit Agricole is a leading Armenian universal bank (founded 1996) focused on financial inclusion and serving rural communities. With ~1,500 staff spread across the country, the bank needed to break down siloes, capture frontline ideas, improve processes and customer offerings, and boost employee engagement—something their old intranet-based suggestion process failed to do.
ACBA implemented a fully branded idea management platform, IdeaLab (built with Wazoku), backed by a launch campaign, CEO involvement and targeted rewards to drive participation. In under two years the platform engaged 1,115 employees, generated 350 ideas, saw 43 approved (29 implemented), enabled rapid customer-focused wins (e.g., 25 AmEx POS installs) and created a more collaborative, innovation-driven culture.
