A Wazoku Case Study
Faber and Faber, the independent British publishing house founded in 1929, needed to stay competitive in a fast-changing sector by better tapping staff ideas and engaging all employees. With about 100 London-based staff, the company sought a way to generate and capture ideas and drive a cultural shift so people felt confident coming forward with suggestions.
After reviewing options, Faber chose Idea Spotlight — a scalable, user-friendly SME solution — and invited all employees to participate. Adoption was high: within two months many ideas were submitted and one led to a cross-business team to overhaul internal communications, showing quick wins in idea capture, implementation and cultural change.
