The Department for Education ran an online consultation on opening the Reading Technical Academy, supported by WCL, and faced the challenge of collecting and reviewing large volumes of complex feedback from many sources while meeting strict UK public-data security and collaborative-review requirements. Traditional email-based responses required manual collation and were time-consuming and labour intensive.

Wazoku’s Idea Spotlight turned bespoke consultation forms into easy-to-use online surveys, centralised and securely stored data in UK datacentres, and enabled collaborative review with built-in reporting and analytics. The result: 94% of responses were submitted online, allowing near real-time analysis and reporting, significantly reducing the time and cost of compiling and analysing feedback.
