Alte Leipziger (ALH Gruppe) is a leading German insurance group focused on life and health products. It had a legacy, paper‑based idea scheme that was siloed, opaque and disconnected from real implementation, so the company needed a modern, scalable way to capture employee ideas and link them to business impact.

Working with Wazoku, ALH built an Idea Management Platform with private team rooms, month‑by‑month “Normal” and non‑monetary “Creative” Challenges, gamification and a cooperation/service‑provider database; every Challenge is pre‑funded and judged by cross‑functional panels. The program now has 2,000+ users (nearly 60% contributors), is used more than Yammer for internal communication, drives implemented ideas and cultural change, and gives leaders transparent metrics on engagement and value.
