McDonald’s partnered with Wavicle Data Solutions to better understand and manage the performance of its growing third-party food delivery business across 40 markets. As delivery volumes increased, McDonald’s needed clearer visibility into inventory, staffing, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business impact to protect revenue and brand loyalty.

Wavicle Data Solutions built a data model and warehouse that unified data from multiple delivery partners with McDonald’s existing POS data, enabling customizable reporting and analytics across sales, delivery times, customer feedback, and fees. The solution gave operators “slice and dice” visibility into key metrics, helped them improve delivery operations, and contributed to food delivery orders rising to more than 10% of sales in delivery-enabled locations, with higher average transaction values than non-delivery orders.
