WaveMaker Becomes a Strategic Platform for 3i Infotech

3i Infotech is a global IT company serving BFSI and other verticals; its insurance management product, Premia, needed stronger data security, secured API access, prevention of URL/parameter tampering, and fine-grained access control so agents only see their customers’ data. At the same time the UI and usability had to be improved for two distinct user types and support client-specific branding and theme customization.

WaveMaker delivered adaptive, generic designs with improved discoverability (dashboard quick actions, reminders) and a flexible API structure for easy client customization. Security was strengthened with per-session token keys, token expiry, token-based user identification (avoiding parameter tampering), and vulnerability testing. The changes made Premia easier for new users, cut agent training effort by about 40%, and simplified customization for 3i Infotech.
