A niche telecom consulting, business intelligence and technology provider with decades of industry experience updated its Partner Management System to give Telcos and customers a modern interface and tighter data controls. The project faced continuous stakeholder feedback during development, strict role-based access requirements (admins see all data, Telco users see only their customers, customers see only their data), daily password expiries, the need for bulk work‑order updates and delimiter file uploads for partner transactions, plus rich dashboards and drill‑down reporting.

WaveMaker was used to rapidly rebuild the application with flexible partner/product/order management, role‑based page and data access, dashboard feeds and notifications, extended password policy with reset, and product/pricing/revenue‑share administration.
