The issue was caused by the building's construction materials, including concrete, steel, and metal-doped Low-E glass, which blocked radio frequencies. Waveform implemented an ADRF active DAS system powered by small cells procured directly from AT&T and Verizon. This unique solution provided perfect 5-bar coverage throughout the entire facility upon the company's move-in day.
