GoReno launches three-app renovation platform with Wave Digital

Joel Carroll, a homeowner frustrated by the complexities of managing renovations, founded GoReno to simplify the process for others. His challenge was to build a digital platform from the ground up that could connect homeowners with quality local tradespeople while also providing robust project management tools. He engaged the vendor, Wave Digital, to help bring his app idea to life through comprehensive strategy, design, and development services.

Wave Digital implemented a solution by designing and developing an integrated suite of three applications: a React Native mobile app for tradespeople on iOS and Android, a React and Rails web app for homeowners, and an admin web app for the GoReno team. This allowed for targeted, high-quality lead generation in a specific launch area of South-Eastern Melbourne and provided end-to-end project management tools. As a result, Wave Digital successfully helped Joel Carroll launch GoReno, which now simplifies the home renovation process for both homeowners and tradespeople.
