How Wattsense and Intent Improved Nexity Property Management's Occupant Experience

Nexity Property Management sought to transform a 20,000 m² commercial building in Paris by digitalizing its operations to optimize occupant comfort and reduce its carbon footprint. The challenge was to break down data silos by collecting information from the building's various systems and sensors to make it accessible for new management applications. They partnered with Wattsense and Intent Technologies to achieve this.

Wattsense provided its connectivity solution, the Wattsense Box, which was deployed to retrieve data from the building’s management system (BMS). This Box collected 365 data points on ambient temperature, energy consumption, and equipment operation, feeding them into the Intent platform. The results provided accurate, real-time building monitoring through a comprehensive dashboard, enabling proactive management of occupant comfort and creating a more fluid customer relationship between the property manager and the tenants.
