Delphis accelerates its Data Services by using Wattsense as its connectivity IoT solution

The Delphis Group, a Greek proptech company specializing in HVAC and refrigeration services, faced a significant challenge with interoperability. Connecting diverse building equipment and systems from various manufacturers using different protocols like BACnet and Modbus was complex and time-consuming, diverting resources from their core business. This technical hurdle increased costs and slowed down their service deployment, prompting them to seek a solution from vendor Wattsense.

Wattsense provided its IoT Box, a universal connectivity solution, to overcome this challenge. The plug-and-play device simplified installation and data collection from a wide array of equipment. As a result, Delphis drastically reduced the time spent per building to just two or three hours, deployed 43 boxes across 26 buildings, and enhanced their digital services with improved support. The Wattsense solution allowed Delphis to accelerate its data services and focus on its core offerings.
