Marshall Amplification, the British music icon behind world-famous guitar amplifiers, needed to protect its corporate network from cybercrime while still giving internal users, remote staff, and branch offices secure access. WatchGuard provided the security platform, including XTM 535s at headquarters and XTM 25-W / XTM 33-W appliances at branch offices, to support the company’s multi-layered network security approach.

WatchGuard replaced Marshall’s older appliances with two redundant XTM 535s, helping improve resilience and simplify management while maintaining strong protection. With WatchGuard Reputation Authority filtering, Application Control, and WebBlocker, Marshall improved web security and mobility support for laptops and smartphones, and the IT team reported greater confidence in keeping the network safe and up to date.
