French Connection, the global retail fashion brand, needed to maintain a secure and flexible corporate network connecting around 800 employees across offices and data centres in the UK, US, and Hong Kong. To protect its operations and meet compliance requirements, the company relied on WatchGuard XTM 810 and XTM 545 Unified Threat Management appliances.

WatchGuard implemented a security setup that helped encrypt and secure communications between sites and remote users, block DDoS and malware threats, and restrict access to inappropriate or risky websites and applications. French Connection said the WatchGuard UTMs were easy to manage and effective at stopping threats, with WebBlocker and Application Control managing 127 website categories and more than 2,500 applications, while VPN tunnels enabled secure connectivity between multiple sites.
