EpiCentre, Singapore’s first and largest Apple Premium Reseller, needed better control over network performance and security across its stores and headquarters. As customer traffic grew and cyber threats increased, the company struggled with slow ISP reporting, limited visibility into network activity, and no easy way to adjust bandwidth or policies during peak periods. WatchGuard’s XTM appliances and Dimension reporting tool were chosen to address these issues.

WatchGuard implemented a unified threat management solution with XTM 505, XTM 330, and XTM 25 appliances, plus Dimension for real-time network visibility and reporting. This enabled EpiCentre to block unwanted traffic, set department-specific access rules, and secure POS and customer systems while improving performance. As a result, EpiCentre saved more than $50,000 over three years, recouped its investment in just nine months, and could diagnose and fix network issues in under an hour.
