Futur First is a national waste broker based in the UK that manages multiple waste streams for large clients across hundreds of sites. As the business grew, its spreadsheet-based processes became slow, error-prone, and hard to scale, especially for tracking collections, recording detailed customer requirements, generating recycling reports, and integrating with accounting software. Waste Logics provided the software platform used to replace those manual processes.

Waste Logics implemented SWP Reporting, Subcontract Management, and a two-way integration with Xero to streamline operations, improve reporting accuracy, and reduce accounting risk. Futur First gained better visibility into subcontractor activity and profitability per job, faster booking and communication workflows, and automated notifications between accounts and operations. The cloud-based system also helped the team work on the road and onboard new staff quickly, saving significant time and reducing errors.
