TopGolf realizes immediate ROI with Wasp Inventory Control

Topgolf, a nationwide entertainment venue that pairs golf bays with food and events, relied on a single warehouse using spreadsheets to manage parts and equipment for all U.S. locations. That manual system made it hard to see stock levels, track shipments, or know when sites would run out of critical components, so when Bryan Harej became inventory analyst his top priority was to replace the inadequate Excel‑based process.

Topgolf evaluated several systems and implemented Wasp’s inventory solution in December 2011 for its notifications, ease of use, strong support and low cost. The system delivered immediate visibility into site usage and stock, eliminated data‑entry errors, sped up training, provided labels and packing slips for accurate shipping, and freed about eight hours a week previously spent on manual tracking.
