TCU’s Sports Nutrition Department at Texas Christian University runs the Horned Frog Fueling Station and multiple satellite fueling locations to support 21 Division I teams. With three pantry locations, more than 300 food products from 40+ vendors, and manual inventory checks, the department struggled to track stock levels and expiration dates, causing inefficiencies, potential stockouts, and food waste.

TCU implemented InventoryCloud from Wasp, using iPads with a mounted WASP scanner, Wasp DR3 mobile devices, and Wasp’s online training and support.
