Cloud file protection company turns to Wasabi for highly secure and durable storage

FileShadow, a cloud file assurance company for prosumers and small-to-medium-sized organizations, needed a way to connect and protect files scattered across multiple services like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Drobo NAS. The challenge was to make these files easy to find, securely store them for the long term, and offer customers a true multi-cloud option. With Wasabi Technologies, FileShadow backed up disparate accounts into a single cloud “vault,” combining Wasabi hot cloud storage with Google APIs to support search, indexing, and rapid file retrieval. The result was a more secure, durable, and high-performing multi-cloud service, with Wasabi’s 11 nines of data durability and no egress fees helping protect data and improve customer flexibility. FileShadow said the partnership brought full multi-cloud capabilities and gave customers more choice around features, performance, durability, and price.
