Chesapeake Utilities Corporation partnered with Warschawski to celebrate being named a “Top Workplace” for the fifth year in a row while also strengthening brand awareness and community goodwill across its key regions of operation. The challenge was to turn the recognition into a meaningful campaign that would engage employees, customers, and local communities in Delmarva, Ohio, and Florida.

Warschawski developed and executed an integrated pay-it-forward free coffee campaign, coordinating with regional coffee shops and supporting it with print, social media, marketing, and outdoor advertising. The campaign delivered 4,326,633 total impressions, reached more than 70% of people in each area, connected with 95% of active internet users in targeted regions, generated over 10,000 social engagements, and drove a 354% increase in corporate website traffic.
