LS2, the motorcycle helmet brand, needed a better way to serve its U.S. dealer network as rapid growth strained its single Chicago warehouse. With West Coast orders taking 4–5 days to arrive, LS2 risked losing in-store sales when retailers couldn’t restock quickly enough, making fast, reliable fulfillment a key challenge.
