Scottish Ambulance Service expands frontline care with Waracle after successful national trial

The Scottish Ambulance Service, the primary provider of emergency medical services in Scotland, faced the challenge of providing its frontline ambulance staff with quick access to critical information during emergencies to guarantee high standards of patient care. They partnered with Waracle to develop a Directory of Services application.

Waracle delivered an intuitive and effective tablet app that allows staff to access a wide array of regional healthcare information and clinical guidelines on the go. Following a successful national trial across the vehicle-based workforce, including the Air Ambulance division, Waracle was commissioned to expand the app to new platforms, increasing the number of crews that benefit from it and dramatically enhancing frontline care.
