Direct Posts Help Cybersec Company Forcepoint Collect Employee-Generated Content

Forcepoint, a cybersecurity software provider, wanted to boost engagement and collect employee-generated content at its annual Sales Kick-Off event, especially since many employees were not active on social media. The company turned to Walls.io and its social media wall, including the Direct Posts feature, to give attendees an easy way to contribute content without posting on their personal accounts.

Walls.io helped Forcepoint display a large wall in a high-traffic registration area, promote a photo contest, and surface posts from employees and executives alike. The wall quickly filled with content, with Lionel Menchaca noting that most posts came through Direct Posts, and the setup also created external awareness by showcasing Forcepoint culture; no moderation was needed, and Forcepoint said it would use Walls.io again for future events like RSA Conference.
