POST Luxembourg, the country’s leading postal and telecom operator with 4,697 employees and a newly formed POST Cyberforce of 50+ security experts, faced the need to control and track all remote privileged access, reduce excessive privileges, and meet strict financial-sector regulations (CSSF, SWIFT) including a mandatory PAM deployment. After a market review and POC, POST Luxembourg selected WALLIX and its WALLIX Bastion solution to meet these requirements.

WALLIX implemented WALLIX Bastion (Access Manager and Session Manager), integrating with existing tools like Evidian, Tenable and IBM to centralize partner and admin access, enforce Just‑in‑Time privileges and record sessions. The deployment gave POST Luxembourg full traceability of administrator actions, helped ensure compliance with FSP/CSSF directives, reduced the attack surface, and improved responsiveness in access approvals for internal teams and customers.
