NAFFCO, a global leader in firefighting safety solutions with a large IT footprint (300+ users, 3 sites, 28 administrators), faced an urgent need to secure access to servers and manage numerous administrator accounts—challenges that were exacerbated during COVID‑19 when remote work overwhelmed their VPN capacity and created risky, broad network access.
