Gulf Air chooses the WALLIX Bastion to manage and control access to privileged accounts

Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, faced risks from manual and fragmented privileged-account management that made it hard to enforce approval hierarchies, record maintenance work, or spot unauthorized changes. To address these challenges the airline selected WALLIX and its AdminBastion privileged access management solution to control third‑party and administrator access and to centralize logging and approval workflows.

WALLIX implemented AdminBastion after a proof of concept, providing agentless, host‑based access control, centralized authentication, session recording and easy access revocation or time limits. The deployment streamlined access requests, reduced internal and external risks, improved auditing and compliance, and helped Gulf Air increase service availability to exceed 99.9%, while minimizing data leakage and system disturbances.
