CLARANET chooses Wallix AdminBastion to secure its hosted data and guarantee its compliance with HDS accreditation

Claranet, the European leader in hosting and information management for critical applications, needed to secure sensitive hosted data and meet strict HDS accreditation requirements, including centralized traceability of administrator accesses for e‑Health customers. To achieve this, Claranet chose Wallix AdminBastion to provide a single, auditable interface for access control and logging.

WALLIX implemented the AdminBastion (Bastion) solution—integrated by WALLIX teams and deployed initially on two appliances before migrating to dedicated infrastructure—so that today every administrative access to Claranet’s e‑health platforms passes through the Bastion (around 700 servers, over 300 users created and ~70 simultaneous connections). The deployment delivered HDS compliance, a secure hybrid cloud access model, simplified accreditation management, reduced internal workloads, and established WALLIX as a benchmark solution in the e‑health market.
