Bolloré Logistics opts for WALLIX to manage service providers and secure access to client data

Bolloré Logistics, a global transportation and logistics leader, needed to better protect client data, meet strict industry and regulatory requirements (AEO/ISO27000 and airport security), monitor internal administrators and external service providers, and strengthen its Information Systems Security Policy. To meet these challenges the company selected WALLIX and its Wallix AdminBastion Suite (WAB Suite) to centrally manage and secure privileged access across its integrated IT and client systems.

WALLIX implemented Wallix AdminBastion (acquired Dec 2014, initial production Jan 2015) to secure an initial perimeter of 12 critical servers and control remote access for external providers and internal administrators, then rolled the solution out across Bolloré’s entire footprint. The deployment delivered fast onboarding (support teams were autonomous in half a day), seamless integration via a provisioning API, session monitoring and accountability that improved operational quality and allowed verification of billed external work, eliminated physical tokens (reducing cost and time), and strengthened compliance—producing clear ROI and a stronger ISSP.
