Kaufmann is a Nordic fashion and apparel retailer using Google Shopping to market brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and Tommy Hilfiger. Their challenge was to increase revenue by fixing product feed issues — missing attributes, inconsistent titles/brand names and unwanted HTML — while sending catalog data to channels; they used WakeupData’s product feed solution, Connect, to do this.

WakeupData’s Customer Success team and integration consultants optimized Kaufmann’s feeds in Connect by normalizing brand names, filling missing fields, cleaning HTML and improving titles, descriptions and images. As a result Kaufmann saw markedly better performance — an initial 71% sales uplift that subsequently doubled — along with a 2.7x increase in CTR, a 44% revenue increase and industry recognition (FDIH Danish Ecommerce Awards, 2nd place).
